Très bonne situation proche de la place Garibaldi (à 5 mn de la station du tram 1). L'hôtesse était tout à fait réactive."

"The indications for the parking were quite confusing as the name we were given dis not match with the name os the parking. Also the instructions given to enter the apartment were quite confusing. We were supposed to text the owner once we got to the apartment to open the door remotely. When we texted him it took him 25min to open the door. Please find another more effective way"

"Overall, it was a good apartment. The location was an 8-minute walk from the metro station and 2 bus stations nearby. However, the neighbourhood is not that nice. In a 4-minute walk, you will end up in a good neighbourhood, btw. There is a Lidl supermarket nearby which you can purchase everything. The bed was good. The apartment facilities were good and enough. The property manager ( Delphine) is a kind-hearted person trying to support as much as she can. Overall, it was a good stay for me."

"The room could be cleaner ( especially floor and cabinets). Due to working sites in this street, the noise can bother you if you are a light sleeping person. I guess they need to change the windows into 2 layers system so they can block the noise completely."

"Someone needs to sharpen the knives in the kitchen ;) The apartment is located a bit on the side, 15min walk from the old Nice. Currently, it is next to a big construction (as of summer 2023). There was NO noise from the construction when we were there, but be aware that this might be changing."
